Classically trained, Stuart is a versatile guitarist, having played the jazz clubs of London and the South-East for over 20 years playing solo guitar, heading the Stuart Jackaman trio, and as part of larger groups. His finger-stlye guitar is heavily influenced by Martin Taylor, other influences to be heard in his playing include Pat Metheny and Wes Montgomery. Having recently been playing the local festival circuit, tonight is a chance to get back to his jazz roots.
